Katrín Hall om: We and Why – in the head of an Artistic Director
Katrin Hall is the Artistic Director of GöteborgsOperans Danskompani, which is one of the leading contemporary dance companies in Europe and working with world´s most renowned choreographers and artists. Hall was the Artistic Director of Iceland Dance Company from 1996-2012. She has also created a number of works for the Iceland Dance Company as well as other international dance companies in Germany, Austria, Sweden and USA. She has created dance movies (including the international successful Burst in cooperation with film director Reynir Lyndal) and choreographed music videos (including pop star Shakira’s single Did it again) and worked as a choreographer for the UK version of the popular BBC TV show So you think you can dance.
I Foredragsserien har scenekunstnere valgt seg en kunstner som utgangspunkt for å tenke høyt om teater og verden. Foredragsserien høsten 2018 kurateres av Ole Johan Skjelbred og Morten Cranner, Dramatikkens hus. Foredraget vil bli streamet på vår Facebook-side.
